- Acceptance: By accessing our website golikova.solmarix.com or purchasing any advisory sessions, workshops, or digital materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. SERVICES & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
We provide 1-on-1 strategic advisory sessions, systemic environment and behavioral analysis, live workshops, and educational digital content.
- Technical Requirements: To participate in online consultations or access digital materials, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection (min. 5 Mbps), an up-to-date web browser, and compatible hardware with video/audio capabilities (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Delivery: Scheduled online sessions are conducted via secure third-party video conferencing links provided prior to the appointment.
3. DISCLAIMER & NATURE OF ADVISORY
All services and educational frameworks are designed strictly for personal development, strategic scenario planning, and informational purposes.
- Not Medical or Psychological Therapy: Our advisory sessions and methodology do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or healthcare diagnosis or treatment. If you require medical or psychological care, you must seek the services of a licensed healthcare professional.
- Not Legal or Financial Advice: Recommendations provided during strategy sessions do not replace licensed legal, financial, or investment counsel.
- No Guaranteed Outcomes: Decision modeling, timing analysis, and environmental audits serve as decision-support frameworks. We do not guarantee specific personal, business, or financial results.
- Statutory Rights: Nothing in this disclaimer limits your mandatory statutory rights regarding service conformity under applicable Spanish and EU consumer protection regulations.
4. PRICING, VAT (IVA) & INVOICING
- Currency: All prices are displayed and billed in EUR (€).
- Taxes & VAT (IVA): Prices are subject to applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA) and EU VAT directives:
- Spain Residents: Spanish IVA (21%) applies.
- EU Consumers (B2C): Applicable local VAT rates apply under the EU OSS scheme.
- EU Businesses (B2B): Reverse charge mechanism applies upon provision of a valid VIES VAT identification number.
- Non-EU Clients: Excluded from EU VAT according to place-of-supply rules.
- Payments: Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
- Invoicing: A compliant electronic tax receipt or simplified invoice (factura) is issued upon successful payment. If you require a full tax invoice (factura ordinaria), you must provide your full billing address and tax identification number (DNI/NIE/VAT ID) at checkout or via email.
5. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMER DIRECTIVE & SPANISH TRLGDCU)
Under the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 — TRLGDCU) and EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):
- A. Digital Content (Instant Downloads / Recorded Modules):
If you purchase digital content and request immediate access before the expiration of the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the immediate start of performance, thereby waiving your statutory right of withdrawal once access is provided. - B. Advisory Sessions & Scheduled Consultations:
You have the statutory right to withdraw from a booked service within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase without stating any reason.- Performance during the 14-Day Period: If you request your consultation to take place (or analytical preparation to begin) within the 14-day period, and subsequently cancel before the call, you remain liable for the proportional cost of analytical preparation work already completed.
- Fully Executed Services: The right of withdrawal ceases entirely once the consultation session has been fully conducted.
6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Without prejudice to statutory consumer rights, the following operational rules govern appointments:
- Rescheduling (>24 Hours): You may reschedule an advisory appointment free of charge by providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice via our booking system or email.
- Late Cancellations (<24 Hours) & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, or failure to attend the video call within 15 minutes of the start time, are non-refundable and fully chargeable to cover the reserved time and preparatory analytical work.
- Force Majeure: In cases of documented emergencies (e.g., severe medical events or verified technical network failures), requests to reschedule will be accommodated without penalty.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All methodologies, written reports, course materials, presentation slides, graphics, and video content provided remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and are protected under Spanish and International Intellectual Property Laws.
- Permitted Use: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, record, redistribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any proprietary materials without express prior written consent.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections and the statutory right to bring legal action in the courts of your country of habitual residence.
